On Saturday November 10th, SCORE mentor Bob Vitamante presented a workshop to approximately 150 student attendees of the annual United Latino Business Association (ULSA) Leadership Conference, hosted by the Latino Business Association of UCSB. ULSA is an umbrella organization for Latino-based organizations in universities across Southern California. The Latino Business Association of UCSB is a chapter of ULSA and it was founded in 1983 as a student chapter of the Santa Barbara Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Bob's workshop was titled "Networking, Interviewing and Elevator Pitch” and it focused on the important business and career skills of personal networking and interviewing. A downloadable PDF version of his presentation focuses on:
