SCORE Counselor Sheldon Goldman made a presentation at this months Independent Automotive Profession (IAP) Association meeting this month at Mulligan's Cafe. His topic focused on sales.
He focused on 3 areas:
- Increase the number of customers
- Increase frequency of Repurchase
- Increase the average value of the transaction
He also discussed that reducing attrition should be part of every company
strategy, but it is almost universally neglected.
