4 Week Series: Learn Skills to Ease Stress and Increase Resilience: Mindfulness Fundamentals for Small Business Owners and Staff April 21, 2021, 5:00pm PDT April 21, 2021, 5:00pm PDT

Four weekly, 1-hour, interactive zoom group sessions with guided practice and discussion to enhance work performance, as well as  customer and team communication and relationships.

To maintain group momentum and cohesion, course registration will close before the beginning of the second session at noon on April 21th. Please commit to attending all four sessions to gain the maximum benefit from this material.
